Thank you for taking time to read our store policy. At Faucet Shark, we believe in providing the best possible customer experience. The Faucet Shark store policy pertains to orders and/or items purchased on FaucetShark.com. We recommend all customers read our policy prior to checking out.

SHIPPING:
  • In-Stock Items are marked on our site and usually ship in 24 to 48 hours from the time the order has been placed*
* FaucetShark.com does not ship orders on weekends, holidays and in the rare event of a powerful storm that prevents deliveries/pickups. Some USPS shipments may be shipped on Saturdays depending on inventory.

* Due to weight, size and fragility, the following items may be excluded from Free Shipping promotions: Toilets, Urinals, Tanks, Bowls, Sinks, Fountains, Coolers

We encourage all of our customers to check the availability of the item they are interested in purchasing. Please note, the shipping method you select is based on transit time and not the availability of an item. Feel free to contact us anytime by email to inquire about lead times and availability.

Some items/orders may qualify to be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, not all manufactures allow direct shipping and certain items must be placed on stock orders, then shipped when they are received. Stocking orders are placed one to two times per week on average.

In the event the items you purchased are on back order, we will notify you at our earliest acknowledgement. Please note that due to the high volume of orders processed, there may be some delays in notification of a back order. We encourage all of our customers to check availability prior to checkout.

FedEx is our primary carrier, though some manufactures and vendors may use UPS. In this event, your shipping method may be switched to a UPS comparable method, and you will be updated with a UPS tracking number instead.

USPS - We use either Fist Class or Priority shipping methods depending on order weight, size and delivery zone.

Faucet Shark Inc. is not responsible for return shipping costs or international duty taxes. This includes warranty and exchange shipments.

Faucet Shark Inc. does not offer "Free Shipping" options for international orders, regardless of product or website specials, promotions and advertisements. Free Shipping Promotion applies to orders shipping within the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS:

  • All returns and exchanges must qualify for an RMA number provided by a Faucet Shark representative. Any returned items/orders without an RMA number will be refused delivery.
  • Return claims must be filed within 10 business days (2 weeks) from the time of received the order.
  • All returned or exchanged items must be sealed in original packaging - unopened - or as received.
  • Defective items may be exchanged within 10 business days*
  • All returns must be received to Faucet Shark within 10 business days of being presented an RMA number.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a return shipment at their expense. Faucet Shark is not responsible for return shipping labels or expenses unless in the event of a damaged or defective item for exchange.
Though we don't like it, some return items may be subject to a re-stocking fee. Re-stocking fees are based on the manufacturer's and/or vendor's terms.

At Faucet Shark, we are pretty flexible about cancellations and as long as the order hasn't shipped yet. If the order has already been shipped, the customer is responsible for the return shipping expenses and must acquire an RMA number from a representative. Also please note that depending on the manufacturer, a re-stocking fee may apply after a shipment has taken place.

Refunds will be processed directly to your credit card or PayPal account.

Exchanges can be made directly towards other items or held as store credit until a future purchase.

*There are absolutely no refunds on defective items, we will provide an exchange only. There will be no refunds or store credits issued on installed, used or open items. Faucet Shark reserves the right to decline and refuse any return request.

THE FOLLOWING PART TYPES ARE NON RETURNABLE AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED:

Hand Tools, Clearance Items, Specials Discontinued Items, Special Order Items
Unless damaged or defective - Porcelain Items Including Toilets and Sinks are non returnable.
